The best part about this cake is that it's not overly sweet, and the flavour changes a bit depending on the type of apples you use. I'm posting a messily written recipe so excuse my writing but I would like to add that I am thinking I will use more cinnamon next time, just to bump it up a bit. Also I will mention I tend to use gala apples to make this cake... Why? I dunno, I like them that's why!
