So barely a recipe but you know those times when you just don't know what to put in a kids lunch? Well....
So I went and bought a ball of frozen dough (from sobeys), stretched it out Italian pizza man style, then I melted 2 tbsp of salted butter with 1/2 tsp of garlic powder (could not find the fresh garlic for the life of me). Then I slapped a biggish handful of cheese on it (I had only Tex mex shredded cheese so that's what went on!) stick it on a hot pizza stone (pampered chef....love!) for 9 mins and I may die from the yummy smells in here, Lord... Please don't let me eat this all, please remind me it's for my children's school lunches...
