Beef Short Ribs and Pioneer Woman Green Beans

"What's for dinner?" is a question that drives me crazy. Sometimes something pops right to mind but most of the time it's a struggle, especially when having guests over. My sister has a very busy schedule and rarely has time to do a slow cook meal so I thought I would braise some beef short ribs. I remembered this meal from an old issue of Everyday Food Magazine (sad face/little rant about how upset I still am that this was discontinued) and had some nice fresh green beans in the fridge to use.

Why make just mashed potatoes? The carrots looked and tasted great.

This is the absolute best green bean recipe EVER!!

The whole meal was delicious.
I will make these green beans every time I have fresh green beans available.
