This is what the back cover of the book Power Foods from the editors of whole living magazine states. The book highlights information on and recipes for the 38 healthiest ingredients. I definately recommend the book. It was an interesting read and the recipes sound great.


Tonights dinner featured 3 of the 38 ingredients. We had asian salmon patties, lemon asparagus and brown rice.


The recipe for the asian salmon patties was originally in an issue of everyday food magazine but I couldn't find it so I looked it up online.



As a cool side note to the recipe. I bought a whole salmon filet at Costco and used the grinder attachment for my KitchenAid to make the ground salmon. Cheeper and way more fun!
