You have to make smaller buns if you are going to use baking sheets to bake them on. Otherwise they will over-flow. Also the sheets were to big for my little oven and they ended up touching the sides and burning. On top of that the misprint in the recipe said to use 2 TBSP of salt!!! Which I thought was crazy. Then I realized that I ended up not using any salt as the recipe didn't tell me when to add it. So they ended up pretty bland.
