This blog is written and co-written by me, some of my family members and some honorary "cousins" as a way of sharing new recipes that we have tried (and possibly failed!).

I do not usually enjoy cooking and typically resort to easy and pre-packaged. I have a ton of cookbooks that I never open - hoping this blog gives me the kick in the pants I need to try something new! - Cheerios
