Mmmmmm fresh peas

My garden is in full swing and right now I have a LOT of peas (yesterday my sister and I picked 8 lbs which was 8 cups when shelled!)


This afternoon we got busy in the kitchen to make 4 batches of Pea and Parsley Pesto to freeze and have on hand for busy days.

The attached recipe includes the directions for making it a linguine dish.

Even if you don't like tradional pesto you will probably like this one, it's yummy.
