This recipe was adapted from the Reader's Digest website.
1.5 pounds small new potatoes
3 cloves garlic
2T olive or canola oil
1/2 tsp crumbed rosemary
Preheat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with the garlic, oil and rosemary. Transfer to a roasting pan and roast ~45 min until golden and cooked through.
Whenever I see a recipe that looks good, I print it off and put it in a binder. I've started going through this binder and found that some of theses recipes - still untried - have been in this binder a LONG time. This particular recipe was printed in 1999!!
My husband and I both thought these were really good. Miss Almost-Vegetarian who just turned 2 had no interest at all even with bribery. Mr.Picky did not want to try them but after he finally did taste them decided they were pretty good.
We would make these again.
