Slow Cooker Minestrone

Recently we tried Company's Coming Slow Cooker Minestrone.  Here is how it looked:

It is a very veggie-hearty soup and smelled great.  Personally I thought that although it was very healthy, it seemed quite tasteless.  I would make this again, but I would add a few more spices to simmer with this soup.

My husband quite liked it and said he would eat it again but agreed that it needs some kick to the broth as it is quite bland.

My son proclaimed it yucky and told us that he is not a vegetable man.

My daughter though, gave it the toddler approved seal.
