Chicken Club Ring

On Saturday I decided to take a break from the Barefoot Contessa and turned to a different cookbook: “The Pampered Chef – All the Best”. I bought this cookbook because I love those ring casseroles that they often make during the parties. I actually make the “Chicken and Broccoli” ring each Christmas Eve. I have never made anything else from this cookbook though…


Saturday I decided to try a different flavour of ring – the Chicken Club Ring.

You combine chopped chicken, bacon, cheese, mayo and some seasonings together.














Then you take your crescent rolls and lay them out into the ring shape (or whatever shape you are making).















After that you take scoops of the chicken filling and put them onto the ring. Add a couple of tomato slices and close it up!
















Brush with egg white and add some cheese. Bake!
