Any Night Turkey Dinner

Turkey dinner doesn't just have to be for special occasions, it can be a quick and easy week night (or weekend) dinner too. Turkey breast fillets are also a nice economical alternative to having chicken all the time.

Based on my fridge contents I made a couple of substitutions, chicken broth for the white wine and fresh thyme for the fresh parsley. My husband says that thyme should be used every time I make this. We had steamed asparagus and Stove Top stuffing (it's one of my guilty pleasures) as our sides. 


We both gave this a 10 out of 10.
