I can't believe I liked dates!

I started following the Oh She Glows blog when she was competing for the project food blog title. I have been looking for a healthier snack option and her Energy Bites recipe sounded like a winner to me. I did make some substitutions to make it non vegan.



FRUIT & NUT ENERGY BITES




Main Ingredients


dates


dried apricots


dried cherries


toasted walnuts


(I added some chocolate covered quinoa)
