Overnight Oats

Why boil oats and get your pan and your dish all sticky?  Ew.
I much rather overnight oats, the lazy alternative! :)

First off, line your bowl in peanut/almond/whatever butter. Or just add a dallop if you're less obsessed.

Add your oats - mine is a mixture of whole grain oats and steel cut oats. Even the hearty ones that take a million years to cook will work for this recipe.

Add some maple syrup, not necessary but I do it as a treat once in a while. Also add other ingredients such as cinnamon, nutmeg, apples, chocolate chips, raisins, etc.

Next you need to pour milk/soymilk/almondmilk in the bowl.  Enough to cover all of your oats.

Cover and shove it in the fridge overnight!
The next morning all you have to do is take it out and microwave it for one minute, stir and eat. :)
