When we made our Greek meal we made an extra serving of the pork souvlaki and froze it with the marinade for use on a later date. Yesterday as I was getting ready to run out the door to work and had to think of something for Brad to make for dinner I figured he could give this a try. Am I ever glad! We both thought this was good the first time. It was EVEN BETTER this time, having had more time to marinate as it was freezing and thawing. As soon as I have some time I am going to prep more of these (and maybe some chicken and beef ones too) to have on hand. Dinner can be ready in the amount of time that it takes to cook a pot of rice. It doesn't get much faster than that!
